• Élané is not responsible for any banking or transaction fees charged by your payment provider.

4. Shipping

• We currently ship only within the United Arab Emirates.

• Delivery time is 1–3 business days from order confirmation.

5. Returns & Exchanges

• Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

• If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method.
